We are an international crystal and particle engineering company based in Bradford and operating in the healthcare sector. Our technology enables the performance of existing medicines to be improved and challenging new therapeutic molecules to progress more easily through the clinic to market. We develop our own products and also support other pharmaceutical companies in their own product development activity. Salary and benefits
Starting salary will be £16,000. A cost of living rise is paid annually in January (must have completed 6 months with the company, or will be paid on 6 month anniversary for year 1 only). After completion of 1 year, entitled to share options in the company. Regular salary reviews undertaken and for staff performing well, would be eligible for salary increase.
